Edit Existing Report

  1. Open the report

Follow the following steps:-

Definition ŕ Report Register ŕ Maker

  1. A list of all existing report is opened.
  2. Double click the report id of the report you want to edit.
  3. The report with all the information is opened in report register form.
  4. Make modification according to your requirement.
  5.  Press “Save”.
  6. The report is modified.
  7. Press “Exit” to go out from the report register.

 

Re-authorize the report:-

After making modification the report became unauthorized and this is needed to be authorized.

To authorize it, follow the steps:-

Definition ŕ Report Register ŕ Author

Report Register (Author) form is opened.

The form displays information about all unauthorized reports.

The report which is modified is also displayed here with Mc Status “M”.

To authorize it first check the selection of the report and the press “Authorize” button.

 

Check whether it is authorized or not?

Click “Authorized” button.

A form with all the authorized report is opened.

If you report is authorized then it will be displayed in the list.

If your report is not included in this list then this indicates that the report is not authorized. Repeat the above process.
